the strength of a man

is in his courage to speak for the voiceless
at no advantage to himself

the attractiveness of a man

is not in his swagger
but the sincerity of his smile

the value of a man

is in his pursuit of truth and justice
and his love for lifelong learning

the heart of a man

is in his devotion to God's higher call,
denial of earthly comforts
and willingness to bear the cross he's been granted
