how to be sane
it's been a crazy week - in over my head with life, having some serious doubts about my work abilities...and I'm emotionally exhausted to beat.
and it's got me strategizing about things that help me stay sane:
1. a long hot shower
2. my duvet
3. seating by the fireplace
4. reading my bible
That's all I can think of right now...a little sad.

Cooking and hitting the gym keeps me sane (most of the time). Hang in there!
Taking a bubble bath and dancing, not always at the same time.
